A Great Short Sale

I am so excited about the short sales in Minnesota. We have been looking at houses for a while now, and I have not been impressed with the selection. However, some of the short sales are a really great deal. My husband and I found a house that is perfect for us, and we were able to get it for an unbelievable price. My husband was really smart to make me look at that option. This is a great house.
